Track your health plan information securely anytime, anywhere with the HPN & SHL App. This convenient tool allows you to:

Identify your primary care provider (PCP).
Access, download, and email your health plan ID card.
Save your health plan ID card to your wallet.
Verify the status of claims, prior authorizations, or referrals.
Review copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses, where applicable.
View invoices and make premium payments, if needed.
Locate doctors, specialists, facilities, or labs.
Consult with an advice nurse around the clock.
Initiate a virtual visit 24/7 without appointments.
Receive detailed directions to contracted urgent cares and nearby hospitals.
Engage in secure chat with a Member Services representative.
Retrieve your health records.
Update contact details and address seamlessly.
Select communication preferences tailored to you.
Safeguard your password using Touch ID or Face ID.

Your personal medical data remains confidential and is only accessible to you and your healthcare provider. Begin by downloading the app and signing in with your HealthSafe® ID. New users will need to create an account upon initial use.
